This website provides information about services offered by Level Up with Chef Theo and a way to request more information. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate details when submitting an inquiry.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting an event or private dining inquiry does not reserve a date, accept a quote, create a service agreement, or require a payment. Chef Theo will review the request and any proposed services, menu, location, timing, and pricing before a booking can be confirmed.
Menus and pricing
Menus, descriptions, examples and proposed class pricing are informational and may change. Final event services, availability, prices, staffing, service fees, and cancellation policies are established in a separate proposal or agreement.
Payment and deposit policy for approved events
For catering and private dining, Chef Theo will issue a written proposal after reviewing availability, event requirements and the final price. Once the proposed event is approved, a deposit equal to 50% of the approved invoice total is required to secure the booking, subject to acceptance of the event agreement. The remaining 50% is payable by the due date specified in that agreement. Submitting an inquiry is free and does not generate an invoice, authorize a charge, or guarantee a date. Details such as cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and payment deadlines are governed by the separate written event agreement provided before payment.
Cooking classes
Class dates, venues, guest limits, and tickets are not currently on sale through this website. Joining an interest list does not guarantee access or reserve a place.
Website material
Branding, writing, and imagery on this website are provided for viewing and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. Photos may be illustrative; final food and presentation vary with menus and event requirements.
