Level Up with Chef Theo uses the information you provide on this site to respond to inquiries, plan potential culinary services, and communicate about your request. This notice describes the site’s inquiry process; it does not replace the terms of any later signed service agreement.
What we collect
When you submit our form, you may provide your name, email, phone number, requested service, preferred date, estimated guest count, budget, event location, and details of your event. Do not include payment card numbers or highly sensitive personal information in the form.
How we use it
We use this information to review requests, check availability, prepare proposals, contact you about your inquiry, and coordinate services you choose to book. Expressing interest in a cooking class does not purchase a ticket.
Where it goes
Our inquiry form uses Wix Forms, and form submissions may be recorded in Wix’s connected site tools and customer records. Wix and its service providers process information to operate the website and its features. Standard technical data, such as browser and request information, may also be processed for security and operation.
Optional AI menu suggestions
If you choose “Suggest my menu” in the Sous Chef, your occasion, culinary style, food ideas and preferred service style are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate menu concepts. Your contact information, event date and location are not included by this feature unless you type them into your food ideas. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information. API response storage is disabled; OpenAI may retain data under its applicable API processing and abuse-monitoring policies. We store limited request-permit records to prevent abuse and control costs. AI concepts require Chef Theo’s approval and do not confirm pricing, availability or bookings. You can use the guided menu builder without requesting AI suggestions.
Sharing and retention
We use the information for our business operations and may share it with service providers needed to deliver website functions or an agreed service. We do not state a fixed retention period here. You may ask us about the information associated with your inquiry or request its correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
